Respekt.
Respekt är ett ord som kommer till mig nu när jag sätter mig framför datorn.
Respekt är något som man ska ge både sig själv och till andra.
Respekt är något som är otroligt viktigt för mig.
Får jag inte respekt så faller förtroendet mot den person som inte visar mig respekt.
Jag har ett stort och förlåtande hjärta och alla gör VI misstag.
Att kunna erkänna för sig själv och andra att man gjort ett misstag är ett måste.
Lika så om du tycker jag gjort fel så berätta gärna det för mig så jag kan göra om och göra rätt.
För är jag inte medveten om mitt misstag så kan jag heller inte rätta till misstaget.
Då kommer vi in på detta med kommunikation.
Jag är ganska enkel för jag är rak i min kommunikation för säger jag en sak så menar jag det och inget annat.
Man behöver inte anta eller gissa.
Är man osäker så fråga om jag verkligen menade det jag sa.
Men utnyttjar man mitt förtroende och ljuger ja då finns det liksom inte så mycket kvar att bygga på.
Att visa respekt, vara medveten, kommunisera, förtjäna och få ett förtroende och vara ärlig.
Med detta bygger man alla relationer.

Respect.
Respect is a word that comes to me now as I sit in front of the computer.
Respect is something that one should give to oneself and to others.
Respect is something that is incredibly important to me.
If I do not get respect I have no trust in the person who does not show me respect.
I have a big and forgiving heart and we all make mistakes.
Being able to admit to yourself and others that you made a mistake is important.
Likewise if you think I did wrong then please tell me so I can redo and do right.
Because I am not aware of my mistake, I cannot correct the mistake either.
Then we get into this with communication.
I'm pretty simple because I'm straight in my communication because if I say one thing I mean it and nothing else.
You do not have to assume or guess.
If you are not sure, ask if I really meant what I said.
But if you use my confidence and lie yes then there is not as much left to build on.
To show respect, be conscious, communicate, earn and gain trust and be honest.
This builds all relationships.
